The Hair + Me Dermatology Team diagnoses at a distance using the information you share in your online consultation.
You may be informed that you can complete your consultation without submitting photos, depending on your eligibility.
At the end of the consultation, you will be asked if you would like to upload photos to accompany your answers, however, this step is entirely optional. Photos can give our Dermatology Team more context to personalise your treatment.
In some cases, your expert Dermatology Clinician will review your answers and may need to request photos to diagnose you accurately and safely. If your Dermatology Clinician gets in touch to request photos, please submit these within 7 days, otherwise you will be shipped a non-prescription treatment.
Protecting your personal data is incredibly important to us. Your photos will only ever be viewed by our expert Dermatology Clinicians. All data is stored securely, in accordance with our GDPR and privacy policies which can be read here.
