1. The Guarantee
If you have used your Hair + Me treatment consistently for 6 months and do not see visible results or a reduction in hair loss, we will refund the cost of your 6-month supply.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
6-Month Commitment: You must have purchased and paid for 6 consecutive months of treatment.
No Gaps: Your subscription must be continuous. Any gaps in treatment (e.g. paused subscriptions or missed months) will void the guarantee, as consistency is vital for clinical efficacy.
Photographic Proof: You must provide two clear, high-resolution, time-stamped photos of the affected area:
Photo A (The "Before"): Taken on Day 1, before your first application.
Photo B (The "Results"): Taken on Day 180, after 6 full months of use.
Claim Window: You must submit your claim between Day 180 and Day 210 of your treatment.
3. How to Claim
If you haven't seen the results you expected, please email our team at hello@hairandme.com.
Please include:
Your full name and the email address assigned to your Hair + Me account.
Your "Before" and "Results" photos attached.
A brief note confirming you used the product daily as directed.
4. The Fine Print
This guarantee applies only to your first 6 months of treatment with Hair + Me.
Our Customer Service team will review all photos. If the photos are poor quality, edited, or show clear signs of hair growth/stabilisation, the claim may be declined.
All refunds are issued at our sole discretion. This Money-Back Promise does not affect your statutory rights or the Hair + Me terms of service or terms of purchase.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
This Money-Back Promise may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
